Step 1 – Initial Consultation
A 60-minute visit to get to know you and your dog. We'll discuss your goals, assess your dog's behaviour, and identify practical first steps you can start implementing straight away.

Step 2 - Personalised Recommendations
Following your consultation, we will develop a personalised training plan tailored to your dog's needs and your goals. We will also recommend the level of ongoing support that's most likely to help you succeed.
Support Package(3 sessions) — $300
Support Package(6 sessions) — $570
Step 3: Putting the Plan into Action
We'll work together through your recommended support package, meeting at each session to build new skills, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate your progress. We will guide you every step of the way so you feel confident continuing the training between sessions.

Send us a message from the home page. You will typically receive a response within 1-2 days via email to schedule a 30 minute online introductory call. There is no charge for this initial call. The online introductory call will be via Google meet. We can also arrange for alternate options such as Zoom, Teams, Facetime or Whatsapp video.

It’s a chance for us to understand your goals, explain how we work, and for you to see whether we are the right fit to help you and your dog. It is simple no-pressure way to connect and ask questions, before moving forward. Best of all, it is completely free.
Note: This is not a behaviour assessment. If we decide to work together, we will then visit you in person, observe your dog, complete a behaviour assessment, and create a training plan tailored to your needs.
